Zurple Acquired by Constellation Software
Carlsbad, CA–Zurple, a favorite real estate lead and client management system located in Carlsbad, CA–and recently named by Inc.Magazine as the 3rd fastest growing software company in America–has been acquired by Constellation Software for an undisclosed price.
We hope the price was stellar and that founder Ryan Owen and his very talented and enthusiastic crew stay on at their Carlsbad headquarters. Perhaps, though, Constellation will give them a few more engineers?
As a small San Diego real estate brokerage in Carlsbad, we have been fans of Zurple for a number of years. Clients love the rich flow of home photos and occasional agent review–and also appreciate that they are not subjected to boring drip campaigns and other nuisance spam. We, as agents, love the beauty of their sites and the way the system allows us to engage future and existing clients.
Not to sound like a commercial, but Zurple has some very smart built-in behavioral marketing automation that allows us to not just “manage leads,” but helps us to actually develop relationships with people. The software also assists us in sharing some pretty cool statistics that potential San Diego home buyers–and sellers–seem to appreciate.
I’m sure we join hundreds (if not thousands) of other real estate agents who hope the Zurple software continues to be as responsive as it has been from the start–and continues to innovate so well!
