We know San Diego real estate tends to be expensive, especially when it comes to luxury homes— and Forbes has just affirmed the fact.
According to their recent survey of the 500 most expensive zip codes in the United States, San Diego can claim a lucky 13.
And how many zip codes are there in the United States?
Approximately 43,000.
In measuring median home prices, Rancho Santa Fe (92067) made Forbe’s list of the 25 most expensive zip codes, followed by a dozen other San Diego communities–most of which are north coastal.
It is interesting to note that the towns of Encinitas (92024 and 92007) and Carlsbad (92009,92011) each scored two spots in the ranking.
