We are concerned about Safety First in all San Diego homes for sale, but this article focuses on special safety concerns for clients who list their homes with us. Potential buyers (always accompanied by carded Realtor with appointment) will be coming through their homes and because they are “strangers” we advise caution.
We’ve always been the proverbial mother hens when it comes to protecting our clients–and will continue that practice because…that’;s just who we are.
“Never let a stranger into your home.”
“All showings will be by appointment.”
“Put valuables and prescription drugs out of sight.”
“Make sure protective pets are secured.”
And so on.
