Robertson Ranch is a newer master-planned community in Carlsbad, CA that is comprised of 400 acres east of El Camino Real between Tamarack Avenue and Cannon Road.

Robertson Ranch is divided into two villages: the East Village and West Village–with the East Village having been built out first – with first homes built in 2010. East Village, which has over 400 homes, is located at eastern end of Cannon, extending to College Boulevard.

More recently, Toll Brothers has been developing West Village in Robertson Ranch, which will include not only fine homes by Toll Brothers but 360 apartments, neighborhood parks, a fire station and commercial properties as well. At completion, it is anticipated that West Village will have over 300 single family homes. Even with all the development at Robertson Ranch, it is still anticipated–in trued Carlsbad tradition–that half the property in Robertson Ranch will remain open space.
