Rancho Santa Fe Foundation Grants

The Rancho Santa Fe Foundation is a community-centered philanthropic organization that has undertaken the support of many fine causes including:

Barrio Logan College Institute

San Diego Childrens Choir

Interfaith Community Services

Local AFIG (Armed Forces Interest Group)

Mira Costa College Foundation

Monarch School (for homeless children)

North County Trade Tech High

San Diego Pubic Library

TERI (for autistic youth)

…and so many others.

The Rancho Santa Fe Foundation may be primarily funded by residents of Rancho Santa Fe, but their generosity goes far in making the lives of the less fortunate so much better. And though the Foundation is centered in the Ranch, donations would be welcomed from any and all.  This taken, directly from their site, explains the Foundation’s simplicity and efficiency:

Giving Through RSFF is Simple and Effective:

Time Effective — We are a donor-centered organization. It takes less than an hour to create your fund and grant requests are processed within two days.

Cost Effective — Management fees are both nominal and competitive.

Tax Effective — You receive a current tax deduction for your charitable gift and your annual tax return filings are simplified.

With a charitable fund at the Rancho Santa Fe Foundation, you are able to give strategically, purposefully, confidentially and with impact.

Why are we successful?

  • Ability to accept most any kind of charitable gift – cash, securities, real estate, life insurance to name a few
  • Satisfy almost any donor interest as long as grant is made to a qualified nonprofit
  • Careful stewardship of funds

The Rancho Santa Fe Foundation provides donors with a full complement of personalized services and giving opportunities.

Donor Services Include:

  • Technical assistance — we use a comprehensive software program written especially for community foundations
  • Research assistance — we utilize internet based research programs for grantmaking inquiries
  • Personal assistance — with site visits, generation of grant checks and donor acknowledgments, and grant evaluations
  • Educational assistance — the Foundation offers periodic programs for our donors and the community
