Quail Hollow is the smallest subdivision in all of Encinitas Ranch–if not in the entire city of Encinitas, CA. With only 16 homes, Quail Hollow is kind of special.
Located north of Leucadia Boulevard and west of Quail Gardens Drive, the homes in Quail Hollow sit separately but adjacent to those at 37 Ranch Road. The lot sizes at Quail Hollow, though, are much larger and nearly half the homes here are situated for ocean and/or golf views and enjoy tropical landscaping.
As with other homes in Encinitas Ranch, kids in Quail Hollow attend an Encinitas Union elementary school, while older kids attend a school in the award-winning and highly-desired San Dieguito High School District, which might include La Costa Canyon High School, San Dieguito Academy, Crest Academy or Torrey Pines High School. There are also a number of fine private schools in the area.
