We have sold Portico homes, including some when they were first offered by DR Horton. Buyers loved the security of a gated community and the European feel of this little “village.” Though part of Rancho Carrillo, Portico also sits at at the northern end of La Costa, close to fine shopping and the Omni La Costa Resort.
