I’ve had numerous calls and emails from people wanting to know the results of yesterday’s auction of 29 units at the Oceanside Terraces. It seemed to have caused a slight rumble in Oceanside real estate circles.
We were there and tracked the results of each one. It is the buzz in San DIego condo real estate circles, and more than a few existing owners at this Oceanside luxury condo project are worrying about their own values.
As Oceanside Realtors, we will also be closely watching what happens to appraisals at North Coast Village, the San Miguel condos, Marina Towers, Sea Cliff and other downtown and beach condo developments in Oceanside.
