I am generally at a loss when a San Diego real estate buyer calls and wants to buy a home with no money down–unless, of course the caller is a military veteran. And what if the buyer has no credit? Has had a recent foreclosure or short sale? In those cases, I generally explain there is nothing I can do.

That may no longer be the case.
Don Nay is someone who has done it. In fact, he has bought over 3000 homes with no bank financing and no or low money down–and I for one, am curious as to how he does it. In his free 3-day seminar, attendees will learn how to buy without bank financing, how to buy without paying interest, and of course buying homes or units with little to no down payment. Additionally, Don Nay will cover risk management and how to reduce that to zero as well.
I am now very intrigued–and perhaps just a little skeptical. It sounds too good to be true.
On the other hand, I have paid hundred$ in the past to attend one and multi-day conferences and have walked out with lots of knowledge. But never have I learned how to buy homes with no money down and no credit. And if Don Nay is going to run a THREE DAY workshop, he’s got to be doing more than selling books on how to buy real estate with no money down. In fact, he claims, he will show a number of his transactions in great detail with personal stories for each and will also share the paperwork he uses for these transactions.
As mentioned, Don Nay is conducting a complimentary three-day, in-depth seminar where he will provide detailed information on how to use his process to purchase houses without bank loans. Attendees will receive the three day training, the workbook, and a range of tips on the entire process. The seminar will take place on Friday, September 20, 2013 through Sunday, September 22, 2013, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Hilton Orange County, at 3050 Bristol Street, Costa Mesa, CA 92626. To register for the FREE three-day seminar visit www.donnayzerorules.com or call (800) 994-6330. Don Nay has decided to make his Seminars a complimentary program. That means everyone can attend at NO COST, provided they attend for all three days.
And because I can’t stand for clients to know more than me about San Diego home buying, I am going to try and clear the decks so I can attend as well. I might even forgive that he rarely uses real estate agents for his buys!
