Mariners Point in Carlsbad is a highly desired coastal neighborhood near Pacific Rim Elementary School and Poinsettia Community Park.

Built between 1998 and 2000, Mariners Point homes vary widely in size from 2396 to 4538 square feet of living area with four to five bedrooms.
