We receive many requests for La Costa condos–for many different reasons. They are close to the beach. many have golf views and they also make perfect second homes.
When considering La Costa condos, you will find that most were built in the 1970’s-1990’s when land around La Costa Resort, Spa and Golf Course was more plentiful. The exception would be the newer condos and town homes in La Costa Greens that were built 2009-2011.
The older condos will have HOA fees, but no Mello Roos and many will have pools, spas and tennis courts. Sizes of La Costa condos can range from compact one-bedroom units to luxurious 2700- 3600 square foot residences at the La Costa Jockey Club.
We know the La Costa condo real estate market well and recently fought City Hall to maintain short term vacation rental options for owners of the La Costa Chateaus, which sit behind the gates of Omni La Costa and have been used that way since the early 1970’s.
