We have listed and sold in the La Costa Jockey Club over the years, and still believe these luxury residences are one of the best-kept secrets in San Diego real estate.
We have also written about these Carlsbad luxury homes in the past, as a testament to our admiration of these large Jockey Club homes that border La Costa Golf Course.
Sitting behind guarded gates, the La Costa Jockey Club homes range in size from over 2700 square feet for a 2-bedroom model to over 3600 square feet of living area for a three-bedroom home with two enormous master suites. All Jockey Club homes have two-car garages, indoor laundry and very spacious bedrooms with very large closets. What sets them apart from other La Costa homes, though, are the soaring and voluminous ceilings that must reach twenty feet.
The Jockey Club community sits at the end of Almaden Drive and offers its fortunate residents a lovely gated pool, spa and clubroom. There is also guest parking and a rare direct golf cart entrance onto the La Costa golf course.
Homes in the Jockey Club don’t come onto the market very frequently, but when they do we will present them here with newest listings always showing first. Below that are recent Jockey Club sales in the past year.
