When listing a home in North County San Diego, we will often spend a few weeks preparing and staging the home before putting it into the MLS or on the market.
This morning, I encountered a very helpful infographic from Moshells with some simple tips for home staging. I intend to share it with some owners in San Elijo Hills who are currently painting and preparing to list their home with us.
