2014 Carlsbad Marathon Schedule

I had hoped to volunteer for the San Diego Rock & Roll Marathon today, but an Encinitas real estate offer and ensuing negotiations intervened. It’s now a past event, but I couldn’t help but wonder about the 2014 Carlsbad Marathon coming up on Sunday, January 19, 2014. The Kid’s Marathon Mile will be held the day before on Saturday, January 128, 2014. Checked it out, and registration is now open–at least for adults!

Cost for the full marathon is $95. and the half marathon is $75. Training runs start in July and are held all over San Diego County.

Sunday, January 19

Marathon Start……………………………………..6:15 a.m.

This time, I will try to put real estate on hold so I can help hand out water–and hopefully see a couple of sons in the running!
